Healthcare is complicated.
Staying organised shouldn't be.

When your care — or the care of someone you love — is spread across multiple specialists, Kathleen brings everything together in one place.

You're on the list. We'll be in touch soon.

Free during early access.

What happened at my last appointment?
Which medication did they change?
What should I tell this new specialist?
How is Dad doing this week?
Do I need to do anything before Friday?

Healthcare is fragmented.
Kathleen keeps everything together.

You've seen the specialists. You've had the tests. You've got letters from four different clinics — none of them talking to each other. The whole story exists, scattered across emails, folders, and memory. Nobody holds it all together. So you have to. Again and again.

  • Results from one specialist that another has never seen
  • Explaining your full history from scratch at every appointment
  • Chasing clinics to resend documents for the third time
  • Trying to remember what was decided, by whom, and when
  • Holding it all in your head because nowhere else holds it
New specialist
"Can you remind me — which medications were you on before the surgery?"
You
"I think there were three? One started with an M. I have a letter somewhere…"
Your son, from interstate
"Hey — how did the oncology appointment go? Did they change anything?"
You
"It was a lot. I'll try to explain it all when I have the energy."
✦ After Kathleen
"Last visit: 14 March. Dr Chen increased the Metoprolol (blood pressure medication) to 50mg and wants a repeat echo (heart ultrasound) in six months. Your son can see the summary. He's already up to date."

Not a portal. Not a folder.
A calm, organised presence.

Kathleen is your organiser, record keeper, and health memory — so you can just focus on what matters.

01
Capture everything
Upload a letter, scan a report, snap a photo. The AI reads it, pulls out what matters, and slots it into your timeline. A photo of a letter is all it takes.
02
See your story clearly
A complete health timeline by condition. Walk into every appointment knowing exactly what happened, when, and why — without digging through emails.
03
Understand what it means
Medical language is precise, not readable. Kathleen rewrites your documents in plain English, so you actually understand what your doctors are telling you.
04
Walk in prepared
Before every appointment, you have a summary: your history, your current medications, what changed since last time, what to mention.
05
Support the people caring for you
Carers and family members carry enormous cognitive load. Share read-only access so the people managing your care — or their loved one's care — always have the information they need, without having to ask for it again.
06
One account, every profile
Managing health for yourself, your child, and an elderly parent? Each gets their own timeline and access settings. Switch between them in a tap.

People don't want records.
They want to stop worrying.

Kathleen isn't a document organiser. It's the feeling of finally knowing what's happening — and being able to tell the people you love.

Clarity
"I finally understand what's going on with my health."
Confidence
"I walked in prepared. Not apologetic."
Relief
"No more digging through emails at 11pm."
Connection
"Dad shared his profile with me. No more awkward guessing."

Built for patients.
Essential for carers.

Behind most complex health journeys is someone — a partner, a child, a parent — quietly coordinating appointments, chasing results, and trying to stay across everything. Kathleen works for all of them.

Connected family
Minh, 29 · Adult son, interstate
The Connected Son
His father has cancer. Minh wants to be involved without taking away his independence — and without putting his father through the same exhausting conversation every week.
"Dad shared his profile with me. I didn't even know that's what I needed — no more awkward questions about his health."

Each of them found relief they didn't know they were looking for.

Your records belong
to you.

Not to us. Not to anyone else. You decide who sees what, and you can change that at any time.

End-to-end encryption
When you share records with a family member or carer, data is encrypted in transit and at rest — protected the entire time it's moving, and when it's stored.
Australian Privacy Principles
We comply fully with the Australian Privacy Principles — some of the strictest health data standards in the world. This isn't a checkbox. It's how we operate.
You control access
Your records are yours. You decide who can see what — and you can change or revoke access at any time. No one can access your data without your explicit permission.

Kathleen was founded by an Australian specialist surgeon and built with Australian patients and carers to make healthcare easier to navigate.

Things people ask us

Yes — Kathleen is free during our early access period. Join the waitlist and you'll be among the first to try it. We'll share more about how it all works before we ask anything of you.
Only you — unless you choose to share. You control exactly who has access and can revoke it at any time. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we follow Australian health privacy law in how we handle and store your records.
Kathleen uses AI to read the documents you upload — letters, results, referrals, discharge summaries — and extract what matters. It builds a plain-English timeline of your health history, flagging key events, medication changes, and follow-up recommendations. You just upload; Kathleen does the rest.
Yes. Kathleen is designed for families. You can manage multiple profiles from a single account — each with its own colour, its own timeline, and its own access settings. Switch between them in a tap.
In the first version, Kathleen works by you uploading your own documents. A photo of a letter is all it takes. Clinic integrations and My Health Record import are on our roadmap.
No — and it doesn't try to. My Health Record is a government-administered system for sharing records between providers. Kathleen is the layer that makes your health story understandable to you and the people around you. They do different things, and we plan to integrate with My Health Record in a future version.
No. Kathleen reads your existing documents and helps you understand what your doctors have already told you. It summarises, organises, and remembers — it doesn't advise, diagnose, or recommend treatment.
We're building right now. Waitlist members will be the first to access the beta and will help shape what Kathleen becomes. Join the waitlist above and we'll be in touch as soon as we're ready.
